Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
